I handled a call this afternoon from a gal that had EVERY possible setting in her DUC, OE & IE wrong.  She had a problem connecting this morning so she set about fixing that which was NOT broken.  After about 3 hours and REPEATED calls to her I finally found the problem in the area below.            Read below the box...

    

Everything was Ok in the top section. Under "Call preferences" there was NO checkmark in Wait for dial tone...

Cancel the call if not connected...  was set for ONE (1) second

 Is it any wonder she couldn't connect?  This one ALMOST got by me.  There is no telling what these folks might mess with!
