Query: What notifications are needed for account Renewals?

Renewal emails are sent out automatically to NFN email accounts.  Renewal notices are sent to both Standard and Premium accounts 45, 30 and 10 days prior to the expiration date.   Active accounts may renew on line at:
http://aps.naples.net/account/  Standard accounts may only be renewed within 45 days of the expiration date.

Renewals can also be done by calling into the NFN HelpDesk voice line and talking to a representative, or done by postal mail.

ALL RENEWALS ARE TO BE DONE THROUGH THE WEBMIN PROGRAM.  Please collect all appropriate detail information, such as address, phone number, etc.

Accounts over 90 days expired are deleted from the system.  Once the account has been deleted, customers will have come to the NFN office to reestablish a new account to replace the one deleted.
