Grey = Not Assigned

|The drop down name selection choices are taken from the Help Team listing on MnM. If the name does not appear in the drop down list, then the name is not on the MnM list. Please add the person to the MnM listing. A refresh of this page will be necessary for any MnM changes to show in the drop down boxes.|
Instructions for Using/Editing this HelpDesk Schedule page:
1) Log in -- only NFN Staff personnel can log in -- via the Yellow button at the top of the page.
2) Select a name from the drop down box of the appropriate time slot.
3) Click on red "Save Changes" button at the top of the page.
4) Navigate backward and forward weeks via the 'Previous', 'Next' links at the top of the page.
5) When done click on the "Log Out" button at the top of the schedule display.
6) = use this to email HelpDesk Volunteer OR to manually set Confirm / Unconfirm Time Slot Commitment
7) = Deactivate/Activate the 'HelpDesk is Closed' message for entire Day
